Born from shared experience
Care Leaders Consultancy was born from decades of lived experience across the team in the health and care sector, not from theory, but from the reality of leading, improving and sustaining services.
Claire, Corinne and Mark each built their careers within the health and care sector. They have led services, supported teams through inspection, navigated regulatory change, delivered operational turnaround, and worked alongside owners and investors to strengthen performance. They understand the weight of responsibility that comes with running a care home, not just the pressure of compliance, but the human responsibility to the people who live there. Over time, they noticed a pattern. Too often, services were being offered quick fixes, mock inspections, short-term interim support, and advice that looked good on paper but didn’t translate into daily practice. Consultants would come and go, leaving behind reports but not lasting change. And the frustrations across the sector remained.
From this shared experience came a shared conviction: care homes, their teams, their leaders and their owners deserve something better. At Care Leaders Consultancy, rather than working on care homes, we work with them.
